Field Sales Agent – Path to Franchise Ownership

About the role
Join Grodirect as a Field Sales Agent and start a journey toward becoming a franchise owner. This role combines door‑to‑door sales, networking and customer relationship building, offering you the chance to earn, learn and grow your own business.
Key responsibilities
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking and door‑to‑door visits.
- Present, promote and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct face‑to‑face meetings and presentations with leads.
- Achieve agreed sales targets within the set schedule.
- Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments.
- Explain product benefits focusing on value rather than features.
- Match the right product to each customer’s needs and budget.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Minimum education: Grade 12, N4/L4 or higher.
- Valid South African ID.
- Own a smartphone for business use.
