About the role
The Fast Foods Supervisor will lead the daily operations of a fast‑food outlet in Overport, Durban. This role combines front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house responsibilities, ensuring smooth service and a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate both customer‑facing staff and kitchen personnel.
- Ensure the outlet operates efficiently during evenings (until 9:30 pm) and weekends.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Willingness to work evenings until 9:30 pm and weekends.
- Ability to manage and motivate a mixed team of front‑of‑house and kitchen staff.
- Residence close enough to travel to the workplace easily.
- Open to a half‑day arrangement (5 hours per day) if preferred.

- Salary of R8 000 per month.
- Full‑time position with the option of a half‑day (5‑hour) schedule.
