Fashion & Product Designer – Footwear & Accessories

About the role

Are you a creative, fashion‑forward designer with a passion for footwear, trends and turning ideas into commercial products? Our client is seeking a young, energetic and creatively driven Designer / Product Developer to join their team in Westville.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts and create high‑quality CAD designs for footwear and accessories.
• Research international fashion and footwear trends and translate them into commercially viable product ideas for major South African retail customers.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manage multiple briefs, projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced office environment.

Required profile

• Strong passion for fashion, footwear and international trends with a keen eye for product styling, colour and materials.
• Creative, proactive attitude and confidence to contribute ideas and concepts.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Interest in AI, e‑commerce, digital design and emerging technologies that can enhance the design process.
