Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, community‑focused care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records using MedAccess EMR.
• Participate in shared‑care initiatives and local health programs.
• Support teaching of medical students and residents (optional).

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible family physician.
• Experience in family or primary care practice.
• Interest in teaching and community involvement.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and work‑life balance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MedAccess EMR.
