Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages, including optional obstetrics and long‑term care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient‑centered care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records using MedAccess EMR.
• Participate in shared‑care initiatives and community health programs.
• Support teaching of medical students and residents (desired).

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible Family Medicine physician.
• Willingness to work flexible hours with no on‑call requirements.
• Interest in teaching and community involvement.
• Comfort with optional obstetrics and long‑term care services.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MedAccess EMR.

What we offer

• Estimated gross remuneration $350,000–$400,000 per year.
• Additional incentives: Rural Subsidiary Agreement eligibility, 14% retention premium or $21,000 flat fee.
