Faculty Facilitator for Leadership Academies

About the role

Columba Leadership Trust is seeking an experienced Faculty member to lead learning processes for principals, educators, and learners. The role involves facilitating both in‑person residential academies and online sessions, using verbal and non‑verbal techniques aligned with the Columba Programme model.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare participants and collect documentation for residential academies.
• Facilitate leadership academies, both on‑site and virtually, and lead debrief sessions.
• Alert Provincial and National Academy Managers to learners needing additional support.
• Submit quality photographs and impact stories to the Programmes Team after each academy.
• Engage with principals, educators, learners, Department of Education officials, investors, and government representatives.
• Deliver services according to SOPs, troubleshoot proactively, and maintain communication with the National Operations Manager.
• Facilitate special deliveries as directed by the Programme and Provincial Managers.
• Implement monitoring and evaluation plans, contribute to provincial reports, and assist in preparing investor submissions.
• Provide continuous feedback on field trends to support programme innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a facilitator for educational programmes.
• Comfortable delivering both residential and online sessions.
• Strong communication skills with school leaders, educators, and learners.
• Ability to identify and support learners requiring additional assistance.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of working collaboratively across teams.
