Facilities Coordinator – Centurion & Bellville (Cape Town)

About the role

CyberPro Consulting is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations across its Centurion and Bellville (Cape Town) sites. You will act as the hub for maintenance, vendor management, sustainability initiatives and digital optimisation, gaining exposure to strategic facilities functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, office moves and service requests.
• Log, assign, investigate and resolve incidents using the Jira platform; analyse reports to identify trends and risks.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships for cleaning, security, utilities and maintenance, monitoring SLA compliance.
• Support inventory control for office supplies and equipment.
• Collect and analyse data to drive sustainability projects such as energy efficiency and waste reduction.
• Leverage digital tools to improve vendor communication and resource allocation.
• Provide administrative support for facilities‑related projects and initiatives.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple service requests simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting Jira reports and sustainability data.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external service providers.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and eco‑friendly solutions.
