External Sales Representative – Remote (Welkom/Bloemfontein)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing External Sales Representative to drive bulk sales of building materials and hardware. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding relationships with contractors, developers and trade clients, and meeting monthly sales targets while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold‑calling and outreach to potential customers.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts with structured follow‑up calls.
• Achieve monthly sales budgets and report on performance.
• Process orders, quotations and ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve customer inquiries and manage after‑sales support.
• Handle sales administration and documentation.
• Provide product advice and alternative solutions to meet client needs.
• Uphold and promote company values and culture.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• At least 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in building‑materials or hardware.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
