External Sales Representative – KZN

About the role

We are looking for an energetic External Sales Representative to drive growth across KwaZulu‑Natal. You will prospect new customers, revive dormant accounts and act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt: prospect, cold‑outreach, qualify and build a pipeline of new and dormant customers.
• Farm: grow existing accounts and upsell high‑margin accessories and solutions.
• Feedback & Reporting: provide accurate weekly forecasts and market insights.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: coordinate with internal sales, product managers and account teams as the central point of contact.
• Stay current: maintain product knowledge and monitor industry trends.
• Attend regional customer and industry events as needed.

Required profile

• Matric qualification; a relevant 3‑year tertiary qualification is preferred.
• 5+ years of B2B IT/ICT sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Comfortable engaging C‑level and technical stakeholders such as ISPs, MSPs and enterprises.
• Valid South African driver’s licence and own vehicle; willingness to travel up to 70% within KZN.
