About the role

Netcare Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse (R/N) to join the Medicross Bluff facility in Durban. You will provide holistic, person‑centred nursing care to patients, families and the community while working within a multidisciplinary health team.

Key responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients.
Serve as a clinical resource, supporting staff in delivering high‑quality care.
Coordinate patient care across the multidisciplinary team.
Communicate effectively with patients, families and health professionals, acting as a patient advocate when needed.
Facilitate communication between nursing management and the unit to resolve care issues.
Document nursing interventions accurately and maintain patient records.

Required profile

Qualified Professional Nurse/Clinical Nurse with relevant registration.
Proven experience delivering holistic, person‑centred care.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to the values of care, truth, participation, compassion and dignity.
