Executive Voice Customer Service

About the role

The Executive Voice Customer Service professional provides support to healthcare providers on benefit plans, claims and related topics. The role requires clear verbal and written communication, accurate data entry, and verification of eligibility and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Answer provider inquiries regarding benefit plans, claims and related subjects.
• Request and obtain additional information from providers when needed.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
• Verify eligibility and benefits for providers.
• Create compliant, grammatically correct written communications.
• Demonstrate effective listening and verbal communication skills.

Required profile

• Strong computer navigation abilities.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
• Familiarity with basic functions of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal customers.
• Preferred knowledge of medical terminology.
• Capability to make sound decisions under supervision and solve problems with minimal guidance.
• Attention to detail and strong critical‑thinking skills.
