Executive Voice Customer Service – Dental

About the role

EXL is seeking an Executive Voice Customer Service professional to support dental providers. The role involves answering provider inquiries about benefit plans, claims and related topics, ensuring accurate data entry and eligibility verification while delivering clear, compliant communication.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to provider questions regarding dental benefit plans and claims.
• Gather additional information from providers as needed.
• Perform accurate data entry and verify eligibility and benefits.
• Draft grammatically correct, compliant written communications.
• Demonstrate effective listening and verbal communication skills during provider interactions.

Required profile

• Strong computer navigation abilities and typing speed of at least 30 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal customers and make sound decisions under supervision.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
