Executive Finance Lead – RMA Business

About the role

The Executive Finance Lead for the RMA Business will drive financial reporting, analysis, and strategic finance initiatives. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure accurate, timely financial information and support the business in becoming a significant market player.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the reporting function to guarantee sound financial control, policy adherence, and accurate IFRS‑compliant reporting.
• Produce monthly management accounts, EXCO reports, and financial statements, interpreting results for senior leadership.
• Lead risk management inputs for regulatory returns and maintain a clean control environment.
• Conduct financial analysis, benchmarking, and variance reviews, delivering key ratios and performance insights.
• Own the capital budgeting process, applying discounted cash‑flow analysis and constraint analysis.
• Oversee the annual budgeting cycle, collating data, monitoring cost accumulation, and aligning the accounting system with costing needs.
• Collaborate with actuarial and product teams on target costing, pricing, and strategic project impact.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and internal control frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior management.
