Executive Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Executive Customer Service Representative will deliver world‑class support to both new and existing customers, acting as a key point of contact for enquiries, sales support and issue resolution across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑volume customer service while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Promote and sell products to new and existing customers, supporting sales targets.
• Investigate, resolve and process customer enquiries following clear guidelines.
• Escalate complex queries or complaints to relevant business units promptly.
• Contribute to workstreams aimed at achieving growth, quality and compliance objectives.
• Maintain accurate product and service information to ensure consistent communication.
• Identify customer needs to improve retention, loyalty and the company’s reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification (mandatory).
• At least 12 months of BPO or call‑center experience.
• Good spoken and written English articulation.
• Computer literacy with familiarity in MS Office and social‑media platforms.
• Preference given to applicants from historically under‑represented groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
