About the role
We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leadership of a UK‑based organisation. The role is fully remote and is ideal for a South African professional who can manage executive diaries, travel and communications across time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the diary, travel arrangements and communications for one or more executives.
- Handle incoming correspondence, prepare meeting materials and follow‑up on actions.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders across different time zones.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, decisions, expenses and confidential documents.
- Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom and project‑management tools to support daily operations.
- Assist the wider team with event coordination, reporting and ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve executive productivity.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as an executive or personal assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem‑solver with high attention to detail.
- Reliable laptop, stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
