Executive Assistant – Community & Content Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a fast‑growing women’s media brand. The role combines high‑level administrative support with community and content operations, allowing the founder to focus on creative direction and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subscriber inboxes, respond to account, payment, and shipping inquiries.
• Maintain the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle speaking or podcast invitations.
• Welcome and onboard new members in the Skool community, moderate discussions, and ensure a positive environment.
• Assist with the publishing calendar, process guest contributor pitches, and perform light proofreading/formatting in Wix.
• Research and coordinate sponsorships with aligned brands or bookstores, track outreach, and manage creative assets.
• Organize digital files, spreadsheets, and design assets in Google Drive and Canva.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Coordinator.
• Background in media, publishing, digital subscriptions, or community management is a strong plus.
• Fluent English with excellent written and spoken communication.
