ESG Analyst

About the role

A boutique investment management firm is looking for an ESG Analyst to embed Environmental, Social, and Governance considerations into its investment process. You will work within a collaborative, high‑performance team, gaining broad exposure to asset management and responsible investing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ESG research and analysis on portfolio companies.
• Support stewardship activities, including proxy voting and corporate engagements.
• Monitor sustainability risks and opportunities across investments.
• Assist in preparing ESG reporting, responsible investment disclosures, and compliance with frameworks such as PRI and TCFD.

Required profile

• Degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Science, or a related field.
• Experience or strong exposure to ESG research, responsible investing, or sustainability analysis within a financial services environment.
• Understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., PRI, TCFD).
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
