eProcurement Officer

About the role

The eProcurement Officer will manage and optimise our electronic procurement ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, workflow compliance and strong supplier collaboration. This role bridges finance, IT and operations to deliver efficient, data‑driven procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and govern eProcurement systems (D365), maintaining vendor, item and contract master data.
• Ensure procurement workflows and approval hierarchies comply with company policies and delegated authority.
• Monitor system performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and support enhancements, testing and deployment.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and activation on the D365 Vendor Collaboration platform, providing training and ongoing support.
• Maintain high standards of procurement data integrity through regular audits, cleansing and governance controls.
• Generate accurate procurement reports, dashboards and KPI analyses to inform business decisions.
• Provide first‑level support and training to procurement users and stakeholders, promoting correct system utilisation.
• Assist with sourcing, tender and contract administration activities, including market and supplier research.
