About the role

The Business Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of finance‑related projects within a complex, multi‑workstream environment. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Delivery, the role bridges commercial and technical domains to ensure projects meet strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

Initiate, plan, design, execute, monitor, control, and close projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
Lead a cross‑functional team that includes Commercial Stakeholders, Technical Delivery Partners, Testing Leads, and Change Leads.
Coordinate workstream managers to maintain synergy, track benefits, and drive go‑to‑market activities.
Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams.
Strong ability to align cross‑functional teams and external partners.
Excellent organizational and monitoring skills to ensure project milestones are met.
