Entrepreneurship Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced entrepreneurship educators and business experts to evaluate and improve AI systems trained on startup, innovation, and business planning content. Your real‑world knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and communicates entrepreneurial concepts, impacting tools used by future founders.

Key responsibilities

• Review startup and entrepreneurship scenarios used in AI training datasets.
• Assess the quality and realism of business models, assumptions, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Identify flawed reasoning, unrealistic projections, or oversimplified advice.
• Provide structured, practical feedback to improve AI output quality and relevance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to complete task‑based assignments on your schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching entrepreneurship, small business, or business planning.
• Strong understanding of early‑stage business models and startup decision‑making.
• Ability to critically evaluate written business plans, pitch decks, and growth strategies.
• Comfortable providing clear, applied, real‑world feedback in written form.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, with strong attention to detail.
