Enterprise Transformation Consultant

About the role

SATIC, part of PwC’s new South Africa Delivery Centre, is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Consultant to join a global community of problem‑solvers. You will support the design and delivery of enterprise‑wide transformation programmes, helping public‑sector clients build effective operating models and business architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Support large‑scale, technology‑enabled transformation programmes, especially within the public sector.
• Contribute to implementation planning, execution and embedding of transformation initiatives.
• Apply project and programme management disciplines, including risk and issue management, progress tracking, reporting and financial monitoring.
• Engage and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
• Produce high‑quality visual outputs to communicate status, analysis results and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting delivery of transformation programmes, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, change communication and monitoring.
• Strong ability to interpret strategic and operational drivers into coherent recommendations.

Required skills

• TOGAF certification or knowledge.
• Prince2, MSP or PMP certification.
• Project planning and RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) management.
