Enterprise Architect

About the role

You will lead enterprise‑wide technology transformation initiatives, bridging business needs with robust IT architecture. The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring solutions are scalable, future‑ready and aligned with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine functional and application architecture to support business initiatives.
• Analyse business requirements and ensure technology solutions provide appropriate coverage.
• Define system integrations, guide technology selection and support solution design processes.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain and enhance the application landscape and architecture repository.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of architecture standards and best practices.
• Provide advisory and governance support to project teams across multiple domains.
• Support large‑scale transformation and system integration initiatives.

Required profile

• Postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture or related roles.
• Proven experience across domains such as finance, HR, logistics or customer platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with integration concepts including APIs, ETL processes and middleware solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, work independently and drive innovation.
