Enterprise Architect

About the role

The Enterprise Architect leads the definition and governance of enterprise‑wide IT methodology, principles, standards and processes. Reporting to the Business Engagement and Enterprise Architecture Director, this senior role shapes high‑level technical architectures that align IT components with business requirements and long‑term strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce adherence to IT standards, policies and governance frameworks across the organization.
• Translate business requirements into economical, efficient, and future‑proof IT solutions and roadmaps.
• Maintain and evolve Enterprise Architecture artefacts, including design patterns, application portfolios, data management toolsets, and technology standards.
• Provide consultancy during RFI/RFP processes, project scoping, budgeting and high‑level conceptual design.
• Oversee Security, Infrastructure and Integration Architects to ensure seamless integration with Value Stream projects.
• Participate in governance forums to assess in‑house and third‑party solutions against IT standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise‑level architecture design and governance.
• Strong ability to guide cross‑functional business and IT teams toward project objectives.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on long‑term IT innovation and cost‑efficient solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
