Enterprise Account Manager – Telecom Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with our large‑enterprise customers. The role focuses on delivering our telecom products and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end relationship management for assigned key accounts.
• Identify customer needs and propose value‑adding telecom solutions.
• Develop and execute account plans, pipeline and opportunity management.
• Track and report on sales performance, forecasts and account metrics.
• Handle escalated customer issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Support finance in recovering overdue payments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (post‑graduate degree advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years of account management experience, or 5 years in a senior account role within telecommunications.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow existing accounts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
