About the role

Our client, a private Eye Institute, is seeking Enrolled Nursing Auxiliaries (ENA) to work on general wards in Pretoria. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team while adhering to patient rights and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Execute duties in line with the nursing scope of practice.
Provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Uphold patients’ rights at all times.
Identify, prevent, and report medico‑legal risks to ensure patient safety.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with company and legal requirements.
Control stock and equipment according to client policies.

Required profile

Valid SANC licence.
Immediately available and possessing personal indemnity cover.
Post‑qualification experience in general wards.
Competent in demonstrating and assessing relevant clinical procedures.
