Emergency First Responder – Level 3 (Event Support)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Emergency First Responder (First Aid Level 3) to provide on‑site medical support during events in Upington, Northern Cape. The role involves delivering immediate patient care in line with the Level 3 scope and ensuring the safety of attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Administer patient care according to the Emergency First Responder (First Aid Level 3) scope of work.
• Respond promptly to medical incidents at event venues.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments provided.
• Collaborate with event staff and other responders to ensure coordinated emergency response.

Required profile

• Advanced First Aid or Level 3 qualification (Emergency First Responder).
• Proven experience as an Emergency First Responder (Level 3) in an EMS environment.
• Strong ethical standards and ability to follow established procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Required skills

• First Aid Level 3 certification.
• Knowledge of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) operations.
