About the role
Our client, a well‑established consulting engineering firm, is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer to join their Durban team. The position offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of building services projects, ranging from commercial developments to high‑rise towers and healthcare facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical building services solutions for commercial, high‑rise, and hospital projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design to construction documentation.
Required profile
- BSc or BEng degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in electrical building services consulting.
- Proven experience on commercial, high‑rise, and hospital projects.
- Professional registration with ECSA or full affiliation with ECSA (essential).
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit.
