About the role

KidsCare in Rolle is looking for a qualified early childhood educator to join its preschool team on a permanent basis (80‑100% FTE). You will work in a multilingual, multicultural environment, supporting children’s development and fostering strong relationships with families.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the centre’s educational project and ensure a safe, affective environment for each child.
• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social and emotional growth.
• Maintain close communication with families, providing updates on children’s progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive, supportive team atmosphere.
• Participate in pedagogical meetings, trainings and institutional projects.

Required profile

• Diploma as an early‑childhood educator (ES, HES or equivalent recognized by the competent authority).
• Good oral French; English proficiency is a plus.
• Initiative, responsibility, strong relational and organisational skills.
• Flexibility, enthusiasm and ability to work in a team.
