About the role
Eduvos is seeking an Economics Lecturer to join its Durban campus on a permanent, full‑time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering commerce‑related modules to undergraduate students and supporting the academic department’s administrative functions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and tutorials for commerce‑related subjects in accordance with the curriculum, ensuring clear presentation of concepts and active student engagement.
- Prepare teaching materials, design assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to academic planning and collaborate with colleagues on course delivery.
- Assist with administrative and departmental activities as required, including record‑keeping and coordination of events.
Required profile
- Ability to teach commerce‑related modules on a full‑time basis.
- Willingness to support departmental administration and related activities.
