eCommerce Administrator

About the role

This full‑time position is based in the Woodstock office of a thriving manufacturing and import/export company. The eCommerce Administrator will support the Online Department by managing product listings, order processing and customer service across multiple marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain product listings on Takealot, Leroy Merlin, Loot, Makro, Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces.
• Process orders, allocate shipments to couriers, generate Advance Shipping Notices and coordinate deliveries.
• Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, Facebook, Instagram and live chat.
• Reconcile sales, stock and courier data, and prepare monthly sales reports for the Debtors Department.
• Monitor marketplace seller portals for lead‑time requirements and manage promotional deal sheets.

Required profile

• Matric completed and a related degree qualification.
• At least 2 years of e‑commerce and merchandising experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, high accuracy and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
