About the role
The Maseru Private Academy is looking for a passionate Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Educator to join its preschool team. You will create a safe, stimulating, and joyful learning environment for children aged 2‑5, fostering their growth through play‑based learning.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate curriculum for preschool learners.
- Maintain a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Apply strong classroom management techniques to ensure safety and order.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support holistic child development.
- Utilise basic computer tools for record‑keeping and communication.
