DynamX Trainee Programme – 24‑Month Graduate Development

About the role

The DynamX Trainee Programme is a 24‑month graduate development journey at AB InBev’s South African headquarters. It combines structured rotations, cross‑functional projects and formal learning to build technical capability and business acumen. Participants will experience fast‑paced, real‑world challenges while being supported to unleash their full potential.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, People (Psychology/HR), Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Maximum of 2 years total full‑time formal work experience by the start date.
• Completed degree from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in South Africa.
• Willingness to relocate within South Africa.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
