Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

About the role

Zenzero is looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to help mid‑market organisations adopt Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. You will work closely with the Director of Data Analytics and Digital Engineering to scope and deliver projects that create lasting business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) and Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical stakeholders and consultancy teams to translate requirements into digital processes.
• Lead solution architecture, create high‑level design diagrams and present them to customers.
• Develop ETL pipelines, integrate data from multiple sources and build reporting models.
• Conduct digital maturity assessments and recommend best‑practice integration approaches.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
