Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent

About the role

WNS Global Services manages and operates business processes for leading global organisations, custom-designing and running more than 400 processes as an extension of its clients' enterprises. It is looking for a Dutch-speaking customer service agent in Cape Town to handle high-volume customer enquiries reliably and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a reliable and trustworthy customer service and identify and understand customer needs.
• Follow clear instructions to investigate, resolve and process high-volume enquiries in a timely way.
• Escalate queries and complaints to the right channels so they are resolved promptly.
• Give accurate product and service information to clients and promote and cross-sell where applicable.
• Use customer information systems to keep records accurate and secure.
• Meet personal targets, follow company standards and contribute to the team's success.

Required profile

• Grade 12 minimum.
• At least 6-12 months of customer service experience.
• At least 6-12 months of call centre experience.
• Excellent verbal and written Dutch and English with a neutral accent.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency in MS Word, email and good typing speed.
• Customer orientation, results-driven, quality focus, planning and prioritising.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, work in teams, resolve conflicts and show empathy.
