About the role
Unitrans is seeking a detail‑oriented Dispatch Supervisor to lead its dispatch operations. In this position you will ensure the accurate and efficient movement of goods from our facilities to customers, maintaining high standards of quality and operational accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily dispatch processes and coordinate with logistics teams.
- Verify goods against orders and invoices before shipment.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for correctness and condition.
- Record and manage any discrepancies, damaged items, or missing documentation.
- Maintain up‑to‑date dispatch records and reports.
- Support continuous improvement of dispatch procedures.
