Dispatch Clerk – Temp (Jet Park)

About the role

Join Phakisa Holdings' dynamic logistics team as a temporary Dispatch Clerk based in Jet Park, Johannesburg. You will be responsible for ensuring that goods leave the warehouse accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare delivery notes, invoices, waybills and other shipping documents.
• Record dispatched goods in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system.
• Coordinate with transport providers and drivers to schedule deliveries.
• Oversee secure loading of goods and verify load integrity.
• Investigate and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
• Maintain an organized filing system for dispatch records.
• Assist with stock movement monitoring and inventory reconciliation.
• Support stock counts and other warehouse operations as needed.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Clear criminal record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 2‑3 years of experience as a dispatch clerk in a warehouse environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience using ERP software.
