Director of Revenue Operations

About the role

Xealth is seeking its first dedicated Revenue Operations leader to design and scale the commercial engine that powers its healthcare SaaS platform. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will own the end‑to‑end RevOps function and shape how sales, marketing, customer success and finance collaborate.

Key responsibilities

• Own Salesforce configuration, data hygiene, workflow automation, pipeline integrity and forecasting models.
• Build and maintain HubSpot integration to ensure seamless marketing‑to‑sales handoffs.
• Define and enforce data governance standards for trustworthy GTM metrics.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, including territory design, headcount capacity, and quota setting for AE, BDR and other roles.
• Design, administer and model sales compensation plans in partnership with Finance.
• Embed a qualification methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC) into Salesforce and run win/loss analysis.
• Partner with Customer Success and Implementation to streamline post‑sale data flows.
• Scale the RevOps function over time, with a path to building a small team.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in Sales Ops or RevOps at a B2B SaaS company.
• Deep, hands‑on expertise with Salesforce, including custom fields, stages, workflows and reporting.
• Proven experience designing and managing sales compensation plans and quota modeling.
• Track record of owning forecasting processes and delivering board‑ready revenue reporting.
