Director of Network Services Analytics (EEMEA)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead analytics, financial modeling and portfolio performance for its Network Services across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EEMEA). The role drives data‑driven commercialization and monetization decisions for new services, ensuring revenue growth and portfolio profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver analytical frameworks, business case models and performance insights that guide investment, pricing and revenue‑optimization strategies.
• Translate financial, market and competitive insights into actionable commercialization plans.
• Partner with the Network Services Commercialization team, product groups and finance to create an integrated, insight‑led approach to portfolio performance and yield management.
• Provide ongoing performance monitoring and recommendations to improve go‑to‑market effectiveness.
• Support senior leadership with strategic recommendations for new services and innovations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in analytical leadership, financial modeling and portfolio management within a large‑scale services or technology environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence pricing, investment and growth decisions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across product, finance and commercialization teams.
• Senior‑level communication skills to present insights to executive stakeholders.
