Director of Learning Strategy

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior leader to own and scale its evidence‑based learning framework. The Director of Learning Strategy will translate rigorous learning science into actionable curriculum, technology, and operational practices across a network of schools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine academic frameworks that turn learning‑science principles into concrete curriculum design, motivational systems, and application guidelines.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Integrate data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and classroom observations into ecosystem assessments that pinpoint obstacles to accelerated learning and propose targeted interventions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through structured planning, continuous feedback loops, and milestone monitoring focused on student learning objectives.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning publicly, delivering keynote presentations and engaging with ministries of education and other high‑profile forums to advocate for evidence‑based accelerated learning.

Required profile

• Proven track record of establishing and executing an academic vision with demonstrable, evidence‑based results.
• Experience leading elite academic teams and driving system‑wide impact rather than isolated projects.
• Strong credibility as a public speaker and advocate for learning science.
• Ability to diagnose performance gaps, set benchmarks, and mentor teams toward measurable improvement.
