Director of Admissions Sales

About the role

HyperionDev is seeking a Director of Admissions Sales to design, scale, and continuously improve the commercial engine that drives its growth. You will lead both B2C Admissions and B2B Corporate & SETA Learnerships across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise the Commercial Operating System to make sales processes measurable, predictable and scalable.
• Lead regional Admissions Leads in the US, UK, South Africa and Australia, as well as the B2B sales leadership team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations to increase conversion rates, improve forecasting and strengthen execution.
• Design data‑driven processes and technology solutions that support sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop infrastructure that enables efficient, cross‑functional commercial operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience building high‑performing commercial organisations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
• Ability to create scalable systems rather than merely managing existing ones.
• Leadership experience across B2C and B2B sales functions.
