Director of Admissions Sales (Contact Centre)

About the role

HyperionDev is seeking a Director of Admissions Sales to design, scale, and continuously improve the commercial engine that drives its growth. You will lead both B2C Admissions and B2B Corporate & SETA Learnerships across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise a Commercial Operating System that measures, improves and scales sales performance.
• Lead regional Admissions Leads in the US, UK, South Africa and Australia, as well as the B2B sales leadership team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations to increase conversion rates and forecasting accuracy.
• Design data‑driven processes and technology solutions that enhance execution and revenue predictability.
• Develop infrastructure that supports sustainable growth across diverse markets.

• Ability to create scalable systems rather than merely managing existing ones.
