Direct Sales Executive – Office Automation

About the role
Our client, a provider of innovative, tailor‑made services and products, is seeking an energetic Direct Sales Executive focused on office automation solutions. The role involves generating new business, managing the sales pipeline and supporting customers throughout the quotation and tender process.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for office automation products.
- Identify and develop new prospects, expanding the customer base.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and report to the sales manager.
- Prepare quotations and tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Cross‑sell additional products and services to existing and potential customers.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Grade 12.
- Excellent telephone and face‑to‑face communication skills.
- Strong presentation, planning and organisational abilities.
- Own a reliable vehicle for client visits.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
