Digital Strategist

About the role

The Digital Strategist is responsible for shaping and executing the institution’s digital marketing strategy. This role drives online presence, engages prospective and current students, and supports the school’s brand and program promotion across multiple digital channels. The position reports to the Marketing Department and works closely with internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage digital campaigns across email, website, SMS and third‑party platforms.
• Analyse data, produce regular performance reports and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Create and schedule content for social media, video reels, webinars and email newsletters.
• Allocate budgets, monitor spend and optimise ROI for paid and organic media.
• Collaborate with community managers, design teams, copywriters and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.

• Proactive, strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing and proven experience leading successful campaigns.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data, identifying trends and making data‑driven recommendations.
