Digital Solutions Developer – Full Stack .NET & Power Platform (Johannesburg)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Solutions Developer to design, develop, integrate and support enterprise digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate processes and enable AI‑driven productivity across a national retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support business process automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Build AI‑powered solutions with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Design Power BI and Qlik Sense dashboards, reports and analytics.
• Develop, integrate and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
• Design and develop enterprise applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core and ABP.IO.
• Create responsive web applications, backend services and APIs.
• Integrate internal and third‑party systems.
• Perform testing, code reviews, deployments, release management and production support.
• Produce technical documentation and assist with solution architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors and IT teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience in .NET full‑stack development, API integration, business process automation and Power BI.
• Experience with Qlik Sense and ABP.IO is advantageous.
• Background in retail, ERP, supply chain or distribution is a plus.
