About the role

Join Ericsson’s Planning & Analytics team as a Digital Solutions & AI Graduate. In this 12‑month paid assignment you will work on real projects that automate processes, build digital solutions and develop AI‑powered experiences to improve business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
• Develop Python scripts for automation, integration and data processing.
• Create dashboards, reports and business insights.
• Explore and prototype generative AI use cases for business applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Support solution testing, documentation and adoption.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Curiosity about automation, digital solutions and generative AI.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
