Digital Project Manager (AI & Digital Transformation)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead AI‑driven digital transformation initiatives for a global legal consultancy. This remote, 24‑month assignment will involve coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring delivery against a rigorous program strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and critical paths aligned with program objectives.
• Lead daily delivery by coordinating developers, analysts, testers, and vendors to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Adapt delivery frameworks – Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid – and run relevant ceremonies while maintaining backlog hygiene.
• Manage the project‑level RAID log, escalating risks, issues, and dependencies to the Program Manager.
• Coordinate configuration, integration, and release activities, including SIT/UAT testing, defect triage, and go‑live readiness.
• Oversee third‑party vendors and system integrators against statements of work and change requests.
• Produce accurate status reports, dashboards, and project artifacts that meet PMO governance and audit requirements.
• Engage operational stakeholders and support transition to business‑as‑usual through training, cut‑over, and adoption planning.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification (IT, Business, Engineering, etc.) – preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification and Agile/Scrum or scaled‑agile certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe).
• 6‑8 years of project‑management experience delivering digital and technology projects end‑to‑end.
• Proven success in large, complex, regulated enterprise environments following structured PMO and governance models.
