Digital Project Manager (AI & Digital Transformation)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead AI‑driven digital transformation initiatives for a global legal consultancy. This remote, 24‑month contract will involve coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver complex technology projects on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and critical paths aligned with program strategy.
• Lead daily delivery activities, coordinating developers, analysts, testers, and vendors.
• Adapt and apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks, run ceremonies, and keep backlogs clean.
• Manage project‑level RAID logs and escalate critical items to the Program Manager.
• Oversee configuration, integration, and release activities, including SIT/UAT testing and go‑live readiness.
• Monitor third‑party vendors and systems integrators against statements of work.
• Produce status reports, dashboards, and ensure all artifacts meet PMO governance standards.
• Support stakeholder engagement and transition to business‑as‑usual operations.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience delivering end‑to‑end digital and technology projects.
• Proven experience in large, regulated enterprise environments with structured PMO governance.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid frameworks.
• Ability to coordinate third‑party vendors and ensure traceable requirements.
• Experience working in distributed or remote teams.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (IT, Business, Engineering) is beneficial.
• PMP or equivalent and Agile/Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe) preferred.
