Digital Operations Transition Manager

Do you thrive on turning new deals into operational success? As a Digital Operations Transition Manager you will lead end‑to‑end business process transition projects across EXL’s global footprint, from solution design through to steady‑state delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end business process transition projects, ensuring successful implementation and steady‑state operation.
• Collaborate with on‑shore clients and internal stakeholders to assess processes, recommend re‑engineering and off‑shoring feasibility.
• Lead client engagements throughout the transition lifecycle, presenting solutions and progress updates to senior client stakeholders.
• Drive business development in selected accounts, supporting RFP responses and customized solution design.
• Build capability within the Transitions function, provide thought leadership and improve transition methodologies.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of business process transitions within the BPO industry.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale transition projects from design to go‑live.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
