Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand & Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen Hilti’s brand presence and drive digital initiatives across multiple channels. You will blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to create compelling customer experiences, boost brand awareness, generate demand and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated brand and communication plans aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure consistent application of Hilti’s brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Create and adapt marketing materials for online and offline channels.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned media.
• Manage website content, landing pages and customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion.
• Develop social media strategies to increase reach, engagement and lead generation.
• Support SEO, SEM and digital advertising initiatives and monitor performance with analytics tools.
• Manage marketing automation, email campaigns and lead‑nurturing programmes.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders and external agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management or marketing communications.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
