Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑obsessed Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to ensure the highest quality across all deliverables in a fast‑paced digital marketing agency. The role focuses on reviewing technical details, catching errors before they reach the client, and supporting a remote team to produce work that meets project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality checks on websites, content, social media posts, and SEO deliverables.
• Build and refine QA checklists and flow charts to enforce brand and technical standards.
• Draft, update, and organize feedback reports as a single source of truth for revisions.
• Monitor project boards daily, identify items ready for review, and resolve quality bottlenecks.
• Generate weekly quality health reports for leadership to highlight recurring errors and training needs.
• Handle final approvals, ensuring assets are correctly formatted and meet client expectations before launch.
• Assist in organizing daily stand‑ups and document quality‑related feedback across time zones.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Project Management.
• Strong expertise with Zoho or comparable project‑management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and experienced in process standardisation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify quality gaps and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for providing constructive feedback and motivating teams.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency and exposure to US market practices.
